Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days from the time orders are placed. We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

For items shipped internationally, the buyer is solely responsible for any duties or taxes imposed.

Please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee delivery time on ANY of their services despite indicating a time frame. International deliveries may be delayed due to the services in the receiving country or other reasons. We are not accountable for any shipments that take longer than indicated. Also note that there is no tracking information for items shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Tracking is also not available for USPS packages to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. Tracking on international shipments, if provided, may not be reliable once the package leaves the United States, as some countries do not utilize the tracking system. We are not responsible for packages once the package is shipped.

 

RETURNS:

At SpinLight360.com we strive for customer satisfaction and satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, return the complete product within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will give you a full refund.  Returned items must be complete with all pieces, packaged securely to protect all contents, and include a copy of your order receipt.

No items will be accepted for return without an RMA number.  To obtain an RMA number and return shipping instructions, email us at rma@spinlight360.com

Any packages received without an RMA number written on the outside of the box will be refused.

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.  This includes returns and exchanges.
